Upon making a reservation you agree having read our terms and conditions.

Reservation: you can guarantee your reservation by transfer the deposit to our bank account. Payment details will be sent to you together with the booking confirmation.

Deposit: a deposit of 1 night room rate and 50% of the total price for trip arrangements is required within 5 days of reservation or sooner, as specified by Huahuasei. Rooms are subject to cancellation and resale if the required deposit amount is not recieved within the specified option period.

Full payment is required for booking made within 30 days prior to check-in or the trip departure date.

Cancellation, early check-out and no-show. Any cancellation made before 30 days prior to arrival date: loss of deposit.  Cancellation within 30 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 75% of total price. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date: no refund.

Guests should have a valid travel insurance for which Huahuasei can not be held responsible.
